Jack, a middle-aged divorcee, gets up one morning to find himself plagued by the titular ‘funk’, a malignant force that lurks within him, burrowing into his soul. As Jack goes about his monotonous daily routine, the funk slowly takes hold of him, leading him to his ultimate, shocking fate.
